As per the public notice shared on February 12, pursuant to RBI’s approval, Findi Ltd has acquired a 100% stake in Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd (TCPSL) and Indicash, its White Label ATM brand.

Findi Ltd (ASX: FND) currently manages 12,000+ Brown Label ATMs with leading Indian Banks like SBI, HDFC, UBI and CBI through its wholly owned subsidiary TSI (Transaction Solutions International), and operates 180,000+ merchant based payment touchpoints via its brand FindiBANKIT.

This acquisition will allow Findi to bring its expertise in ATM management (Cash Management, Power Management and E-Surveillance) to Indicash’s existing ATM network, dramatically improving service quality. Current Indicash franchise owners will also have the ability to transform into full stack Financial Service Providers, via FindiBANKIT.
