As per the public notice shared on February 12, pursuant to RBI’s approval, Findi Ltd has acquired a 100% stake in Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd (TCPSL) and Indicash, its White Label ATM brand.

Findi Ltd (ASX: FND) currently manages 12,000+ Brown Label ATMs with leading Indian Banks like SBI, HDFC, UBI and CBI through its wholly owned subsidiary TSI (Transactions Solutions International), and operates 180,000+ merchant based payment touchpoints via its brands FindiPay and BankIT.

This acquisition will allow Findi to bring its expertise in ATM management (from cash management, power management and eSurveillance) to Indicash’s existing ATM network, dramatically improving service quality. Current Indicash franchise owners will also have the ability to transform into full stack Financial Service Providers, via FindiPay.
